Pacific Wireless offers a range of products that provide a reliable, low cost alternative to traditional data links, Internet feeds and voice access.

Our typical end customers include medium to large sized business, SMEs with above average bandwidth requirements, and SMEs who are located in DSL blackspots. In today's world, bandwidth requirements are generally independent of industry sector.

	Speed requirements of 2Mbs to 10Mbs symmetrical

	Branches located in DSL blackspots
	Branches too far from the exchange for SHDSL

Whilst our primary route to market is via our wholesale Channel Partners, we also deal direct with selected customers for whom we can offer a total networking solution using the product building blocks described below. We can also introduce direct customers to one of our wholesale Channel Partners when they require a total solution that includes products or services from both within and outside of our portfolio.

Our Partner Program is a comprehensive and highly efficient method of engaging with Pacific Wireless for service providers, integrators, carriers and other resellers of telecommunications services. Channel Partners can select the most suitable options from our product building blocks when putting together a solution for their own end customer.

Wireless Connect

All of our services are focused around our core access method, Wireless Connect. Speeds available range from 512Kbs to 10Mbs with Plans starting at low cost entry Light and progressing up to Medium, Heavy and Capped depending on your typical usage. Wireless Connect competes with traditional last mile connectivity such as Fibre, Frame Relay and DDS, as well as DSL.

Public IP

Public IP refers to our group of network products and product options that offer premium-quality connectivity to the Internet.

Private IP

Private IP refers to our group of network products that offer private data networking solutions to connect your sites without traversing the Internet. Private networks can be Layer-3 VPNs or Layer-2 VLANs.

Connect+

Connect+ is a product grouping that contains alternative methods of connecting to the Pacific Wireless network that may be used to supplement or complement your Wireless Connect services. These include DSL Connect for smaller branches or sites, Fail-Over Connect for automatic wire-line backup to your primary Wireless Connect service, and Carrier Connect to link our network to your own carrier or service provider network.

Voice

Voice Connect is our both-way (inbound and outbound) voice access product to connect your site via wireless to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), presented as Primary Rate ISDN or multiple two-wire analogue POTS lines.

QoS

QoS is a Quality of Service product that allows you to identify different traffic types within each connection to the Pacific Wireless network so that each traffic type can be given its own bandwidth guarantee and priority. Subsets of your total bandwidth can be allocated, for example, to VoIP, terminal services, VPN and Internet and then prioritised in accordance with your own specific requirements.
